● 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
● 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
● 11:00 AM to 7:00 AM ( Work from home for this shift only – Training Phase will conducted from the office )

About the role
You will be working as a part of our Content Moderation team. Your responsibilities will include working with different audio-visual contents in a web based platform of the client. You role is to police and monitor the contents before allowing any content to be uploaded. Your responsibilities will also include providing feedback to clients, communicating with your Team Leader and Manager and escalate challenges and follow up with clients regarding instructions and procedures.

Responsibilities:
● Contributing with skills in the best possible way so that, the team can achieve the agreed delivery in a professional manner.
● Following Quantanite’s quality assurance process to ensure the quality of the delivery.
● Working closely with the team to highlight obstacles that arise in the working process and eliminate them.
● Quickly checking and handling different contents of a given online platform, including the pictures, live broadcasts, short videos. voice. text etc, and also responsible for the content
safety of the platform
● Proactively finding clues, summarizing the features, types, data and information of the contents that should be filtered out, and report to the manages in time.
● Collecting the keywords: adding & maintaining the regional sensitive vocabulary periodically
● Collecting the local cultural customers. policy information and news, and report & feedback on time.

Requirements
Not everyone will have what it takes to do well in this role. To be seriously considered, we’re looking
for the following:
● Good English reading, writing and listening (good verbal communication will be a plus)
● High school & University Graduate from any discipline (Students are encouraged to apply, as long as classes and exams can be managed by you on your own accord).
● Good attention to details
● Good computer skills (good with basic computer applications ex: MS office, Google drive, doc, spreadsheet)
● No issues working with explicit content.
