Location: Dhaka office 

Tinkstars is looking for a Training Executive to enhance the competencies of individual employees by designing and conducting training programs that will boost employees workplace performance in alliance with company’s core purpose and values. You will be responsible for performing training needs assessments, designing learning contents, conducting classroom based as well as online learning sessions and for managing all phases of training interventions.

You will be collaborating with the operations team and identifying the training needs for our departments. Your role is to engage the audience and ensure the best learning experience and assist the improvement efforts of the teams.

Responsibilities

At Tinkstars, your work will directly contribute to us achieving our long-term ambitions. Your key responsibilities will include: 

  • Designing and developing training materials in close collaboration with Managers, Team Leaders and subject matter experts from the client’s team.
  • Collaborate with the operations team members to identify training needs.
  • Creating learning experiences that engage learners to achieve and demonstrate learning outcomes.
  • Implementing technology-enabled innovations to support blended and digital learning.
  • Taking feedback on completed training to evaluate and measure results and make improvements where required.
  • Schedule and facilitate required training sessions.
  • Maintaining a database of all training materials.
  • Research on new teaching methods.

Requirements

We are looking for the following:

  • Graduated from a reputed institution
  • Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of the training etiquette & delivery
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
